Your Click IT will not be liable for any orders placed, or site registration, that incorporates fraudulent, falsified or stolen information.

What personally identifiable information does Click IT collect?

Registration Data

Registration is currently required to use our site. So, to use our site you have to disclose personal information such as your name, home address, email address, birth date, gender, zip code and phone number. This information is required to participate in programs offered on our site such as sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities. After providing Click IT with your personal information, you will no longer be anonymous.

How does Click IT use personal information?

We may sometimes do this in order to help determine whether a particular offer or promotion will be of interest to our users.

What choices are available to you regarding the collection, disclosure and distribution of personal information and how can you opt-out?

You can choose at any time to opt out of receiving emails from Click IT or from having your personally identifiable information shared with selected Companies. What are cookies and how are they used by Click IT?

As a standard practice, Click IT may assign a random number or other identifier to each user for anonymously tracking content preferences and traffic patterns. This identifier is kept in a file on your Computer called a “cookie.” “Cookies” may also allow Click IT to keep track of how often users are using specific areas of our site or simply visiting our site.

Click IT does not require users to accept “cookies” in order to enjoy the site. You can set your browser to reject “cookies”, or to notify you when Click IT or another Company sends you a cookie. What happens when you leave Click IT websites to go to other sites?

When you are on a Click IT website or portal, you may leave our site to visit other sites that are beyond our control. For example, if you “click” on a banner advertisement, or click on a partners or advertiser’s icon or link, the “click” may take you off the Click IT site. Click IT is not responsible for any use of the information including click-stream data that you may create when using such 3rd party sites.

Click IT may also offer its users access to “co-branded” services that are jointly provided by Click IT and selected Companies. These co-branded services will contain Click IT branding, but may not be hosted by Click IT. You may notice that you are on a co-branded site if the pages say, for example, “provided by”, or if you are asked to subscribe for any service or provide additional information. In such cases, if you use the co-branded service, Click IT may be entitled to receive information about what you do when using that service. Who has access to your personally identifiable information?

If you share your Computer or use a Computer that is accessed by the general public (a University, library, etc…), remember to sign off and close your browser window when you have finished your session. This will help to ensure that others cannot access your personal information.

As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services we may offer from time to time; and you use these services at your own risk.

How and when is information disclosed to 3rd parties?

In general, Click IT does not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party without first receiving your permission or in special situations described below, such as to Comply with the law or administer the site. Unless you have opted out, Click IT may make your personally identifiable information available to selected Companies. You can elect to opt-out at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. You can also elect not to use certain services or participate in certain promotions if you do not want your information shared with the third parties who are sponsoring or administering such promotions.

Sweepstakes, Promotions and Sponsorships: Click IT may disclose your personal information to business partners or sponsors of promotions or sweepstakes available through Click IT. Special sponsor promotions may involve a request for information. By submitting this information, you give Click IT permission to transfer this information to the sponsor so they can fulfill your request or administer the promotion. You should review any applicable sweepstakes and promotions rules or user agreements to see what is being shared. If personally identifying data about you will be shared, we will disclose this to you before we collect the information, or in the programs rules or transfer the data.

Administering the Site and Compliance with Law: Click IT may disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to Comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or other legal process. What is Click IT’s policy regarding children’s privacy?

Click IT is Committed to the safety of our children. Children under 18 may not register or participate in our sweepstakes, contests or promotions. If children under 18 nonetheless elect to use the Click IT service, they should always ask a parent for permission before sending any information to the site, or sending personal information to anyone online.

Click IT will not request or knowingly collect from a child any information online that can be traced to the child, such as an email address, name or information about the child\’s family.
Click IT will not knowingly use personal information from children under age 13 for any marketing or promotional purposes.
